I supply my sellers differentiation by utilizing multiple marketing strategies; targeted e-marketing campaigns, extensive social media marketing, open house events, video tours, and provide printed materials including flyers and/or brochures. I am a Chico native (Go CHS Panthers!) and mother. Because of this, I have detailed knowledge of the specific neighborhoods, schools, and activities that Chico and surrounding areas have to offer.
For almost a decade, I was a licensed California Property & Casualty Insurance agent.
